Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5421447.

Gully has been blocked for almost a year. Carriageway floods with minimal rain. Already poor road surface has significantly deteriorated due to constant flood water. This has been scheduled for action several times and nothing has been done about it
