Ridiculous amount of flytipping

This is a regular flytipping location, but the amount here now has exceeded previous amounts and proves conclusively that if flytipping is left in place, then it encourages others to dump their rubbish.

It needs to be tidied up Now, get some monitoring of the area it is disgusting, rats openly crawling over the rubbish mountain
