Litter in verges of Blackwall Way

All along the northern side of Blackwall Way up to the East India DLR station there is a large amount of litter in the verges and in the bank/ditch/bushes between the Blackwall Way and the Aspen Way.

Litter includes abandoned street signs, traffic cones, plastic bottles, bags, etc.

There used to be an extra waste bin on this side of the street, however it was tipped in to the ditch and has now gone missing.

I would be grateful if the bank can be thoroughly cleaned and the bin restored.
