Roads and pavements are covered with leaves

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5416748.

The council or parks Dept never lift the leaves they just blow them into the park then when the wind comes they blow back again ! Total waste of manpower and time and resources come on Chaplet Ave & Bassett Avenue are affected the worst because of the park

  • No the leaves still haven’t been cleared , and the point is if the Parks Dept lifted the leaves and used them as a mulch things would be so much better but all the do is blow them into the park ! Wind comes and what happens a total waste of manpower????

  • Yippee Yippee Yippee ! Can’t believe it and they actually did a thorough job of it too , never understand why most parks collect the leaves and our parks Dept blow them into the park then the wind comes and we’re back to the messiest place again !
