Boom carried over footpath by flood

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5415343.
This boom is normally floating in the Mill Avon just above the Abbey Mill. Floods have carried it over the wall because it has broken loose of its tethering chain. It blocks the footpath beside the Mill leading to the Severn Ham. Obviously this is only a problem once the floods have abated.
