Man hole 100m from Wornish Nook heading away from congleton on Giantswood Lane

Our field is flooded and this is affecting our septic tank. The drain flows across our field to the road where it goes in to a manhole. We have cleared the manhole but the road drain is blocked. Water is running down the road and our water can’t get away.
