Obstruction caused by wall/building problem
FixMyStreet ref: 5412499.
Customer states that a vehicle is parked at the end of the private road and is denying vehicular access to the lane via PROW, where access is required to fields and other properties for maintenance etc. The other end is bollarded off. Customer has an ongoing issue with the owners vehicle [plotted] and wants some advice regarding this issue.
