Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5411746.

After heavy rain humberstone drive is subject to standing water caused through blocked drains i have looked at 2/3 drain and appear to be solid soil..this is the second or third time i have reported this but it would appear no action has been taken...thank you..
