Reported via mobile in the Conditions of Signs category anonymously at 20:42, Sun 7 January 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5410619.

This location has had some flooding over the last few weeks. Same as everywhere.

Flood Sign's were put in the carriageway along with a cone. At night this is very dangerous as it can not been seen at all. I have seen afew of these signs placed in the road in many locations across cheshire east. It is more dangerous having a sign in the road that actually hitting abit of water. This road is national speed limit, and at these speeds you shouldn't have to be on the look out for signs in the carriageway.

I think this needs to stop causing an obstruction and just let people drive to the conditions.

You will never have enough signs to put them out at every location so I really can't see the point of them at all.
