Stretch of footpath continuously boggy very difficult to navigate

What three words reference is "beans,sneezing,ready" This has been an issue for several years and I have reported it to the local footpath warden volunteers group who suggested I contact yourselves.
Obviously we have had a lot of rain recently but this is always bad and I just wondered if someone could take a look.

This report has now been passed to the Highways team for assessment.
If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
In some cases a temporary repair will be needed, to make the area safe, then engineers will return to make a permanent repair.
An update on the issue will be provided.
