Narrow poor quality cyclepath

Having used the cycle path between Glinton and Helpston yesterday I was appalled by the further deterioration of the surface and the narrowness. Although the hedge has been trimmed back it is not suitable for cycling on and the fact that there are cars passing by at excessive speed makes the matter even worse. I dread to think what it must be like when busy with children cycling to and from Arthur Mellow's College. I know that you have been in conversation with the College and Helpston PC about this but I do feel urgent attention is required.
