Blocked Drain at back of Kenyon Road

At the back of 615A, Smithdown Road, there has been a blocked drain since earlier this year, reported in July and was supposed to be resolved in August. The reference No is 6153917. It is at the bottom of Kenyon Road behind smithdown, in the alley and remains a trip hazard as well as being a massive health and safety issue. It smells horrendous like sewage water. Please can you give a time frame as to when this will be resolved.
