The street light does not work

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5407133.
The street light at the public footpath between Halsbury Road and Upper Cranbrook Road (the actual location is behind the house of 32 and 34 Halsbury Road) does not work and no light in the dark for a month. It made the area really dark. For your follow up please.
