Traffic light missing

Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5407048.

There is a traffic light on the floor at this set of lights. It has been like this for months and although I raised the issue some time ago, it still hasn't been fixed.

Updates

HBC say this isn’t their remit, it’s WBC. WBC said it isn’t their remit, it’s HBC. One of you needs to resolve the issue. There was a crash on this roundabout last weekend. Another traffic light was knocked down, as well as some railings. The railings have been replaced. Not sure if HBC our WBC them but whoever it was needs to replace the traffic signals as there’s two missing now.
