Unmaintained ditch causing flooding and property damage

Reported via mobile by Jon Fowler at 18:59, Sat 6 January 2024

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5406483.

The ditch is not maintained and not deep or wide enough to cope with water. The out flow pipe is too high, instead of it draining away its flooding my fathers house causing tens of thousands of pounds of damage
