Regular flooding point

This section of the dual carriageway has been flooding for many years. The right lane of the carriageway floods every time it rains to a level that is dangerous and causes vehicles to loose traction and aquaplane into the barrier. As the highways agency refuses to accept responsibility for the A24, this needs to be dealt with by the local council before someone dies as a result of hitting the central reservation and then stopping in line with oncoming traffic.
