Van Parked for Roughly a month inappropriately

Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5401781.

Van for an Asbestos Company reg number RE12 FCG is parked directly opposite a junction and also on a bend making it hazardous for other drivers. Doesn’t appear to have moved in at least a month.
