Road flooding

Sent to Essex County Council and Uttlesford District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5401495.

The road floods constantly when there is heavy rain causing vehicles to use opposite side of the road to avoid the flood park. This area has been like this for many years whether is a problem of a blocked drain or drainage from the field adjacent to it
