Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5399069.
Culvert reported to require clearance as full of debris and possible tree impeding flow. Response from Council was that there was an agreed programme of clearance but no indication of when.
Last night culvert overflowed and residents at risk of flooding. Needs urgent further investigation/more regular clearing.
Please advise frequency of clearance under existing programme.

I have just cleared the drain covers but the drains are full of earth - this needs to be cleared immediately - we were flooded on teh 4th as a result of this - rain is forecast so this must be done asap

Flooding across road today because Farmer Farrant on the north side of the A415 has cleared path to his drain but the water has backed up and is flowing across the road instead of into the drain passing under the road. OCC have cleared drains on the south side of the road ..thankyou..but ththis major drain from the farmer's field has been missed

Photo shows that water ponding at side of road ie pipe beneath road is blocked/inadequate so water cannot go anywhere except onto roadway - culvert on other side of road is flowing
