Noise of smashing glass

I and my neighbours do not appreciate a young man pushing a bin round at 6am in the morning ,tipping boxes of glass jars and bottles into it,then the bin lorry waiting with full headlights on shining into our bedrooms ,and then tipping up the bin into the bin lorry MAKING So MUCH NOISE,as you can imagine.This went on for 45 mins as it could be heard all along the road and also could be heard from surrounding roads.Getting woken up and listening to the clatter of bins and smashing glass is a disturbance of peace a d disrupting peoples sleep.It is so annoying .It is not fair and I'm sure it is not allowed that early.
