Awful flooding by Abingdon Road & Sutton Bridges, who is responsible for activating road closure? This road may need temporary closure until flood water abates.

The broken barrier along the pavement remains unfixed and the sandbags mean wider buggies have to drop one wheel onto the road. Danger for kids cycling on pavement as barriers are non-weight bearing and drop on other side.
