Drain on school lane directly in front of Avondale

The drain is completely blocked outside of our house and so there is large amounts of water flooding my driveway and pavement. There are several large potholes on this area of school lane and there is lots of fragments of loose tarmac under this water and is going into the drain and blocking it. This is dangerous to cars as they cannot see the potholes due to the vast amounts of water and is putting lots of dirt and debris on my driveway as well as so much standing water saturating and damaging my plants
