Flooding every time it rains . Near bus stop and post box

This is a regular occurence. I gave reported it before. The path floods, it is a main path leading to the bus stop, post box, access to coeden dal. The path floods and the ground is soaking, marshy and unstable. I have OA and I nearly fell this morning when trying to walk and avoid the water. I ended up with soaking feet as well. It is virtually impossible to use the paths
