No it had not so I reported it again by phone & on fix my street showing it had not been fixed at the beginning of February. Yet again I had a message it had been fixed. I rang last Tuesday 20th & was told they would escalate it & still nothing & another message it had been fixed. I rang again yesterday 27th & was told it would be done very soon but I’ve just received another email it has now been fixed. NO IT HAS NIT BEEN FIXED AS IN THE PHOTO ABOVE!!!!
