  • I first reported this on the 3rd January & then got a message it had been fixed. No it had not so I reported it again by phone & on fix my street showing it had not been fixed at the beginning of February. Yet again I had a message it had been fixed. I rang last Tuesday 20th & was told they would escalate it & still nothing & another message it had been fixed. I rang again yesterday 27th & was told it would be done very soon but I’ve just received another email it has now been fixed. NO IT HAS NIT BEEN FIXED AS IN THE PHOTO ABOVE!!!! What on earth is going on?

  • Still no-one has been out to fix the bollard & pavement. Last week someone put a white arrow & just now someone, I didn’t see who, has straightened it but they’ve done nothing to the pavement so how is that fixed?!!
