Drains have not been emptied in over a year

Sent to Cheshire East Council 27 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 5386021.

The drains are full of detritus and with the amount of heavy rainfall we are continuing to have the road keeps flooding. I was sent a letter by the council to promise the drains would be managed and they haven’t been. The next step will me to take this further with the council and parish and local mp. All I’m asking is the drains are managed and the works be done that have been marked out twice but never carried out - we are paying for this service
