Black vauxhall astra parked mostly on the pavement and near a lamp-post, leaving insufficient room to get through on my mobility scooter. I got stuck, with no room to reverse because of a tree, no room to turn around, and quite a distance to the next dropped kerb. I had to go into Brian S Pope's trade room to get help. This was 10.30am on Thursday 3rd January.
