Trees from council tenant side garden are way over grown touching property roof and is only matter time before damage is caused to roof. i have asked council tenant to maintain and cut trees and hedges as well has her garden grass also overgrown which is her responsibility and part of her tenancy to maintain her garden however she doesn't and never has thanks
