Blocked drains

Sent to Enfield Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5382611.

The drains have been blocked for years behind block 13-28 and the carpark opposite Bush Hill park school. Especially the one behind block 13-28 the drain is at the bottom of the hill and always fills up to about 2 foot of water and takes weeks to drain.
