Flooding.

This is a recurrent issue and has a dangerous impact on Adlington Manor Care Home. The road is quickly becoming impassable, meaning the potential that emergency vehicles, family members and staff will have to take huge detours. Further, due to the lack of lighting on the road, drivers are unable to see the flood and could become stranded in the water if they try to go through it.
