Can you please clear this grid. It is so dangerous the surface water is getting worse, the driveways are breaking apart underfoot when only recently had work done to them. You are forced to walk onto the grass as you can’t cross here (you can’t even see the edge of the kerb so it is a trip hazard) and the grass is swampy and so slippy. A lot of elderly people walk around here and it is so dangerous. There are no streetlights around here so you actually can’t see a thing. Alls it is going to take is someone walking in the dark not seeing the edge of kerb under the excess water and someone is going to end up injured either by slipping up tripping. The water is also flooding onto the properties. When cutting grass in summer months it needs collecting as when it rains it gets washed in the grid and causes it to block, or it needs to be cleaned regularly. All this excess water coming onto the property is starting to cause damage to the drive and who is going to pay to fix it? There have been many times you have been told about this issue and nothing has been done. How bad does it need to get? Someone will get injured. It’s so so dangerous, it has been like this for many years but it’s been so bad the last few days, it seems like it isn’t emptying at all. It is getting worse.
