Damage to highway; footway bank and verge

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5380628.

It has been brought to my attention that a resident is damaging the highway (footway, bank and verge), possible encroaching their garden within the highway; it is near to the Public House. Please can this be investigated.

  • A letter will be sent to the responsible party. They have 3 months to arrange for an access due to needing planning as on a classified road, Has also been referred to planning.
