Public path STILL not signed (Neatishead FP 6)

Reported via desktop in the Footpaths/ Rights of way (usually not tarmac) category anonymously at 15:55, Tue 2 January 2024

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5380180.

This was reported way back in August 2018: https://www.fixmystreet.com/ report/ 1396489 . The path remains unsigned here - nothing to show the public that it even exists, let alone where it goes. Ironically there IS a small roundel at grid ref: TG 3292 1977 (a point which the occupants of "The Willows" claim that there is no right of way to the west of) whereas there is no signage where the path leaves RB 4. Taken together with the other issues still adversely affecting this public path (reported separately today) the overall appearance is that the Norfolk County Council are conspiring with the occupiers of the land to discourage public knowledge of, and use of, this public path, which runs completely contrary to the authority's duty under s130 Highyways Act 1980.
