Norfolk County Council lawbreaking (Neatishead FP 6)

Appalling, flagrant disregard of the law by the Norfolk County Council! The gate shown in the photo is being maintained across the public path, with plastic tubs/buckets deliberately placed in front of the gates to make it difficult for the public to go through. Norfollk County Council are aware - see https://www.fixmystreet.com/ report/ 1396491 (when this was reported to them in August 2018). Instead of asserting and protecting the public's rights to use and enjoy this public path, the council are instead, it seems, effectively conspiring with the occupiers of the land, here, to impede and discourage public use of the path.
