Flooded road

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5379116.

The whole width of the road is flooded here, pretty deep, passable with care but maybe not low vehicles. Caused by blocked road drain. This is a repeated problem in this same location.
