4 foot gap in the retaining wall

As you can see from the photos, there is a 4 foot gap in the retaining wall where the bricks have been washed away. You may only be able to see this when the tide is going out. The photo was taken from Coronation Road looking across the River Avon near Gaol Ferry Bridge (foot bridge). I was walking towards Asda at the time. Thank you
