NORFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL ARE DELIBERATELY BREAKING THE LAW!! Reporting further to https://www.fixmystreet.com/ report/ 1396486 (August 2018) and to previous reports on 19th November 2007, and on 11th November 2011, THE PATH IS STILL BLOCKED!! Norfolk County Council s.130 Higjways Act 1980 is a STATUTORY DUTY not a discretionary power. You are wilfuly and shamefully breaking the law!
