Water doesnt flow into two of the drains as there is a huge barrier / ridge of tarmac

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5378113.

Road camber completely wrong following poor repair works by utility companies. 1) Utility company left a large ridge of tarmac 15 meters long preventing rainwater from flowing to several of the drains and so water is diverted, like a stream, pooling in the road. Cars then splash water onto private property which is damaging stone wall and gate. 2) Another repair again about 15m long is lower than the road so again water pools outside the Mill House causing damage to a grade 2 listed property.
