Signage obscure(Neatishead FP 3)

Flimsy, wooden signage is obscured by woody overgrowth (see photo - just imagine what it's like when the hedge is in leaf), and seems to be tied up with a piece of rope. It all seems rather makeshift, and the signage is hardly visible and hardly befits a public highway. The whole situation is exacerbabated by the fact that the actual path, beyond, is obliterated see https://www.fixmystreet.com/ report/ 5375451 . The overall impression given is that the Norfolk County Council are indifferent as to whether the very existence of the public right of way here is apparent to the general public, or not.
