Abhorrent negligence by Norfolk County Council! Reporting further to https://www.fixmystreet.com/ report/ 1397140 (August 2018) and https://www.fixmystreet.com/ report/ 1641013 (May 2019). So, after more than FIVE YEARS, the obstruction is STILL IN SITU! See photos taken 1.1.2024. Norfolk County Council, you are clearly treating your statutory duties here, as highway authority, with complete and utter contempt.
