Incredibly dangerous sharp metal object that has now become proud of the road surface as a pot hole has developed around it, it will tear a tyre on a car or have a motorcycle off

    This was the pothole that damaged my shock absorbers on December 29, 2023 costing me £515. I have put in 3 claims over the year but all rejected. KCC said this pothole in London Rd Allington between Poplar Grove traffic light and Castle Way , was only reported once before my incident , yet when I reported on Jan 9th there were 50 plus reports.. KCC said I can only claim on the first enquiry number 765637. I have the FOI report but not much on it. Early July I asked for a full history report , I’m still waiting…😡 I came across this while searching for reports on this pothole, as I’m trying to get as much info as I can
