Wall encroaching public footpath

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5372797.
Footpath is encroached by wall building (illegal?) over edge of footpath. Bricks and building debris litter the footpath. This issue was reported at beginning of November there has been no council action to date.
