Flooding and road surface disintegrating

The slip road off the northbound A326 is flooded every time there is some rain. This is to exit for Totton and Main Road

The road is in poor condition due to the consistent flooding and it is dangerous.

You cannot use the slip road currently and have to slow down on the A326 to exit at this junction
