Large pothole that is bursting car tires but unsafe for people crossing and bikes etc

This pothole is even bigger now!! NEVER been fixed holes have developed all round a large one and along middle of road giant hole with a cone inside it upside down outside of house at corner of Manor and Crawford dr This is a disgrace! Cars cyclist pedestrains at risk of injury Please see to this problem ASAP
