Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5369030.

Between the junction of woodshare rise and Evelyn Road on the tree side of the road looks to be a full bag of Royal Mail items unsure if it’s stolen or if it’s just waste. Just noticed the bag laying at the side of the road while on my way home today. It’s a blueygray bag.
