Litter outside and around ball rd flats,

• Just the same except a big comunal bin still full up outside,litter being dragged from the bin like food cartons,sanitary towels.Been there for weeks and reported weeks ago,some residents are just throwing litter on the floor now as they don't care,letting there dogs poop all over the communal courtyard,a right mess and very unhygienic and a picture to look at.

• This has been cleaned up by cardiff council and a single resident.This now seems to be a regular thing littering,flytipping around this area,housing residents are putting out green bags,refuse collections are late and they are ripped open by animals and blown around the area,this is aswell as people's litter,hopefully when the new bins system is put into practice and residents are educated on recycling etc things will hopefully change,meanwhile its basically a big bin.

• Still littering,flytipping around flats by some residents,comunal bins still being missed due to residents not using the bins correctly then refused to be collected,don't think these continuous problems will ever be fixed now,another reason occurring recent problem is food being throw everywhere for rats,seagals pidgeons which are now trying to roost and nest on the balconys and building again

• This is a constant problem around the block of flats from littering,flytipping and using it for a toilet.Cardiff council has sent people out and other have also picked up litter here regularly,but no sooner than its tidied up a couple of days later its back the same.ive not seen rats yet but plenty of pidgeons,seagals etc,some flats have been netted to stop that problem but now they are in other balconies, still with a food supply,thanks

• This seems to be the normal now,gets cleared then back again next day,uncut grass,bins overflowing something to get used to living in the future I guess

• At the time of reporting either a resident or council has cleaned it all up,since then over months this is an on going problem,pedestrians,residents,passing cars throw takeaway waste,bottles,cleaning out their cars at other end of the block onto the floor

• The original problem has been fixed,but it's a problem around the flats etc on a regular basis so it just builds up daily
