The dable yellow line on the both side of the road very faded cars are using as car park and it’s very dangerous

Nothing has been done still cars parked illegal on double yellow lines.The enforcement officer comes sometimes and chases them away after he goes they are back standing on double yellow line ,it’s very dangerous two buses can’t pass each other it’s obstructing the road
