Leaves blocking street drains

The photo shows leaves blocking the street drains close to the turn off for Henleaze Gardens from Northumberland Drive and juts beyond Bayfields Opticians.

However this is typical of the whole BS9 area where leaves are not being cleared and are blocking street drains, so this case is only one small example of general problem .
