Loose drain cover and deep drop

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5362751.

The drainage cover appeared to be loose as driven over and the car bounced over it, made us think we’d hit something possibly needs replacing. The issue is in the very left hand lane just prior to the roundabout as if you are getting on the m62 east bound.
