Pedestrian crossing lights out

Sent to Transport For London Street Management 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 536220.

For at least a week, the pedestrian zebra crossing has had both it's yellow ball lights out, and the street lamps illuminating the road out. Very busy road in the morning and evening rush, and heavily used by children.
