Traffic signals at pedestrian crossing faulty.

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5362104.

The traffic signals at the pedestrian crossing are constantly turning to the red stop light. As soon as the sequence turns the signal to green the wait sign illuminates and the signals turn red again.
